新常态下高校图书馆微信公众号调查与反思——基于特殊时期北上广“双一流”高校图书馆的实践

摘要: 对北京、上海、广州10家“双一流”高校图书馆微信公众号在2020年特殊时期与2019年同期的服务情况进行调查与对比,发现2020年公众号传播指数显著增长,发文内容有延续性,产生了若干重点位移。提出了疫情防控新常态下,高校图书馆需要进一步做好线上线下服务统筹工作,尽最大可能确保线上服务的有序进行;微信发文应提高数据库建设“系统性”,拓展阅读体验“多样化”;确保服务学科建设“不掉线”,并兼顾校内外服务的“公益性”的建议。

Abstract: According to the survey and comparison of the year-on-year service of the we-chat public accounts of ten‘Double First-Class’college libraries in Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou between 2019 and the special period of 2020,we find that the indexes of communication capability in 2020 have increased significantly,and the contents of the articles have the coherence and begin to focus on several aspects,which can provide many insights and references for the operation of the we-chat public accounts of college libraries in the future.In new normal,the college libraries need to further coordinate the online and offline services,guarantee the smooth operation of the online service to the utmost. The articles of the we-chat public account should enhance the‘systematic ’database construction,expand the‘diversified’reading experience,guarantee the discipline construction to‘keep pace with the times’, and give consideration to the‘common welfare’of both inside and outside college services.
