摘要： 良好的信息查寻行为能够帮助科研人员在科研过程中提高科研创新能力.分析了高校科研人员在参考文献的查阅、检索工具的选择、学术信息的来源、信息的获取途径、信息的查寻与利用习惯五个方面的信息查寻行为与创新行为的关系.研究发现,参考文献的查阅、学术信息的来源、参加学术会议和与同行交流、信息查寻与利用习惯都对科研人员的创新行为有显著影响.

Abstract: A good Information- seeking behavior can promote the innovative ability of scientific research personnel in sci- entific research. This paper analyzes the relationship between the seeking of reference, the using of retrieval tools, information source, information acquisition, the habit of information seeking and using and innovative behavior. This paper have a conclusion that the seeking of reference, information source, participation in academic conferences and communication with peers, the habit of information seeking and using have significant influ ence to the innovative behavior of scientific research personnel.
