摘要:

自助服务已成为各行业的创新服务模式,其中,自助图书馆服务也在快速发展。本文从用户体验的角度,探讨了自助服务环境下加强用户体验的原因,分析了影响用户体验的主要因素,提出了构建图书馆自助服务的六点建议,以期推动自助服务的可持续发展。

Abstract:

Self-service has become the industry's innovative service mode, among them, the self-service library service is in rapid development. From the perspective of the user experience, this paper discusses the reasons of strengthen the user experience in self-service environment, analyzes the main factors that affect the user experience, puts forward six suggestions of the construction of the library self-service, in order to promote the sustainable development of the self-service.
