摘要：

随着城市经济的发展与社会的转型,公民对阅读服务水平的要求也与日俱增。温州城市书房以其人文性、空间性、标准化、信息化的特点和运行优势展示了城市公共阅读服务的新面貌,在探索公共文化服务设施运行机制、服务形态与管理模式之路上取得了创新性的成果和良好的社会效益。

Abstract:

With the transition of the city's economic and social development,citizens’reading service level requirements are also increasing.City’s studies in Wenzhou show the new face of public reading services by its advantages and characteristics of humanities,space,standardization,information technology,has made innovative achievements and good social benefits by exploring the mechanism of public cultural service facilities,services,and the management mode.
