摘要:

《公共图书馆法》和第六次全国县级以上公共图书馆评估定级标准对图书馆工作人员提出了具体要求。桂北是少数民族地区,经济落后,人才缺乏,县级图书馆发展受限。通过问卷调查、实地调研等方式,对桂北地区45个县级图书馆人才培养现状进行调查研究,发现问题并提出相关意见及建议。

Abstract:

The Library Law and the assessment standard for county libraries at the sixth round of national evaluation programs have altogether set high requirement for library staff. However, the development of county library in the northern part of Guangxi province has lagged behind due to its poor economy, backwardness of the area and the shortage of professional staff. This paper makes a research on how personnel training is carried on in the county libraries in the northern part of Guangxi province by the means of questionnaire and on-the-spot investigations. The results of the survey are collected and further analyzed to understand the need and expectation of public libraries. In the paper, the questions are raised and then solutions are found and put forward.
