“互联网+”环境下高校图书馆学科化服务转型探索 *——以MOOC为例

摘要:

以MOOC为切入点,通过梳理国内外图书馆学科化服务现状及存在的问题指出开展线上学科化服务的必要性;从资源支持、技术支持、馆员支持和服务内容支持4方面分析了高校图书馆开展线上学科化服务的可行性,并结合高校图书馆具备的条件,从线上基本需求服务、MOOC微信管理服务、MOOC推广服务、MOOC数据管理服务和MOOC信息素养教育服务5个方面提出线上学科化服务的内容构想,为高校图书馆学科化服务建设转型提供参考。

Abstract:

With MOOC as the entry point, by analyzing the current situation and existing problems of subject service for university libraries, this paper points out the necessity of carrying out the online subject service. And then it analyzes the feasibility of university library to carry out the online subject service from four aspects of resource support, technical support, librarians support and service content support. According to the qualifications of university libraries, this paper proposes the content of online subject service. Combined with MOOC, The paper presented that the key point of construction should be Online service of basic needs, WeChat management services for MOOC, spread service for MOOC, data management services for MOOC, information literacy education services for MOOC, and can also provide reference to promote Transformation for subject service of University Library.
