高校读者学术信息搜索行为的特征与差异研究

A Study on the Characteristic and Difference of the Reader's Academic Information-searching Behavior in Universities

摘要:

采用问卷调查法研究高校读者学术信息搜索的特征和差异。首先,建立了研究模型框架;然后,通过问卷调查了高校读者学术信息搜索的方式与习惯,分析了读者学术信息搜索行为发生的决定因素以及这些行为之间的相关性。结果表明:高校读者学术信息搜索行为与读者身份、自我评价显著相关;读者文献搜索与阅读行为间也存在显著相关性;导师是影响学生使用电子资源种类的主要因素;高校图书馆的资源和服务还没有被读者充分利用。针对以上研究结果提出改进图书馆服务的建议,以提高图书馆的服务质量。

Abstract:

This paper makes a research on the characteristic and difference of readers' academic information search in universities by using questionnaire survey. Firstly,it establishes a model framework; secondly, investigates the method and habit of readers' academic information search in universities, analyses the decisive factor of reader's academic information search behaviors and correlations between these behaviors. The result shows that the reader's academic information search behavior is significantly related to the reader's identity and self evaluation; there is a significant correlation between reader's literature search and reading behavior; tutors are main factors that affect the use of electronic resources of students; resources and services of university libraries have not been fully utilized by readers. Based on the above research result, it puts forward some suggestions to improve the service quality of the library.
