摘要：

“互联网+”环境下,高校图书馆利用老龄用户的知识、时间、专业优势,及其主动参与图书馆建设的愿景,构建高校图书馆个性化服务平台使互利双赢成为可能;提出高校图书馆应基于“积极老龄化”理念,主动把握用户需求的变化,为老龄用户参与社会精神文明建设理顺思路、提供平台,实现用户间的理性“对接”,对高校图书馆人力资源改革进行科学尝试。

关键词: 老年人, 高层知识人员, 当前研究信息系统, 服务产品

Abstract:

The university library makes use of the old users’ knowledge,time,professional advantage,as well as their active participation in the vision of library construction,to achieve mutually beneficial win-win is possible with the construction of university library personalized service platform under the Internet "+"environment.The paper puts forward that the university library should be based on the concept of "active aging",take the initiative to grasp the change of user requirements,straightening out ideas for elderly users to participate in social spiritual civilization construction,providing a platform,realize rational "docking" between users,for the reform of university library human resources scientifically.
