摘要: 归纳了现有高校移动图书馆服务质量评价指标,运用相关-主成分分析法对这些原始评价指标进行了筛选,以降低高校移动图书馆服务质量评价指标体系中同一准则层内各指标间信息重复度,实现高校移动图书馆服务质量评价指标对评价结果影响显著。

Abstract: This paper summarizes the existing college mobile library service quality evaluation index, using the correlation- principal component analysis method of the original service quality evaluation indexes selection of University mobile library, reduce the evaluation index system of College mobile library service quality of each index in the same criterion layer information between double degree, so that each index of service quality index system of University Library in the mobile has a significant impact on the evaluation results.
