摘要/Abstract

摘要： 针对当前企业文化发展、员工信息获取的需要,提出以用户为中心进行企业数字图书馆的建设.分别从数字资源建设、用户服务建设、应用系统建设三方面阐述了企业数字图书馆建设的三要素,为企业建设数字图书馆提供了参考.

关键词: 企业数字图书馆以用户为中心数字资源服务

Abstract: According to the development of enterprise culture and employee＇s information acquisition, this paper proposes the construction of user centered enterprise digital library and analyses three elements of enterprise digital li- brary, such as digital resources construction, user service construction and application system construction. This paper provides a reference for enterprise to the construction of the digital library.
