Abstract: Huang Yizhou and others in the Qing Dynasty took historical texts from The Huang Song Tongjian Chronicle written by Yang Zhongliang in the Southern Song Dynasty and compiled it into the 60-Volumes Continued ZiZhi TongJian Chronicle Supplement. The Huang Song Tongjian Chronicle included in the present edition of The Yongle Canon still contains four historical texts not included in the present edition of Huang Song Tongjian Chronicle; There are also two entries of more than 1,000 words that were not included in this edition of the Continued ZiZhi TongJian Chronicle. When Huang Yizhou et al using Continued Zi Zhi Tong Jian Chronicle Supplement with Huang Song Tongjian Chronicle, they failed to extract this part of historical texts separately from The Yongle Canon. In addition,Huang did not copy all the historical texts in this edition of Huang Song Tongjian Chronicle,or there are some omissions. After checking the two books,it was found that about 2,500 words were omitted, which were concentrated in Volume 50 and 120 of Huang Song Tongjian Chronicle ,which should be "careless omissions" of Huang Et al. The missing text in this section may also be useful to complete Continued ZiZhi TongJian Chronicle Supplement.
