Abstract:

In view of the present situation of the public library inadequate, this paper puts forward a creative idea that using the study of families to construct community family libraries, which are open for outside, then analyzes the feasibility and social significance of the idea such as promotion potential and conditions, etc. Finally, this paper puts forward concrete ways and methods.
