内源发展理论下基层图书馆响应国家政策的思考与研究 *

Abstract

Abstract:

By combing the connotation of endogenous development theory embodied in the national policy planning,this paper expounds the improvement of relevant laws and policies under the endogenous development theory.At the same time,the paper further discusses the role of positive response to the national policy to promote the development of grass-roots libraries,and puts forward the strategies of grass-roots libraries to respond positively to the national policy under the endogenous development theory.
