Research on Revolution of Personnel Evaluation Strategies in Public Libraries: Job Titles of Librarians and Technicians in Fujian Provincial Public Library

Abstract:

According to the instructions on the reform of talent development in China under the new circumstances, Personnel's ability, work performance and personal contribution must be more considered in evaluating talents in Public Library. Basing on the investigation and analysis of personnel's professional and technical titles of public libraries in Fujian Province, this paper provides suggestions and approaches to establish a performance-oriented talents evaluation mechanism in Public library, in order to develop talents that have both ability and political integrity to meet the requirement, thus to accelerate the prosperity and development of public library.
