Abstract:

In the new media era, WeChat platform has become a new and important means for university libraries to carry out reading and promotion work. Based on S-O-R theory, this paper constructs efficient library WeChat loss of user behavior model of the public platform, analyzes result in loss of user related factors, and puts forward targeted suggestions and countermeasures.
