Abstract: The strategic objective of"One Belt and One Road"is to establish interest community,destiny community and responsibility community of political mutual trust,economic integration and cultural inclusion,and increasing academic exchanges is an important way of cultural inclusion.Through the investigation and analysis of the construction of 56 Medicine and Pharmacy Repositories in 66 countries(including China)of"One Belt and One Road",and through questionnaires,the obstructivefactors for the construction of International Medicine and Pharmacy Repository Union of"One Belt and One Road"countries are investigated and analyzed.It includes the problems of union mode,operation management,source of funds,software platform,staffing,resource organization,access policy and subject service,and puts forward specific solutionsto providereference for theconstruction practiceof Medicineand Pharmacy Repository Union under the perspective of"one belt and oneroad".
