Abstract:

This paper mainly analyzes and investigates the opening and operation, the service content and the interaction with readers of micro-blog and WeChat of 123 university libraries in Hubei province, finds that the opening rate is not high, the operation exists differentiation, the service consciousness of micro-blog and WeChat is relatively weak, the interaction with readers is not very smooth. To solve these problems, it puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
