Abstract: Innovations of mobile network brings new challenges to information service. Under the background of the popularity of mobile network, more and more libraries pay attention to the mobile digital library system building.This paper analyzes the current situation of the mobile library, proposes the environmental requirements and technical requirements of the mobile library system building.
