The Ming Dynasty bibliophiles inherit traditional library thought, and the open thought was sublimed. They practiced the open-borrow-mind by some measures, such as interlibrary loan mutual copy, publication distribu-tion, creating free regional public library, etc. As the same time, the open-mind raised four new features: theo-retical, philosophical oriented, contract-based, nonprofit strong. Limited credit-control and interlibrary coopera-tion have an important influence on the development of the current private library.
