摘要： 根据我国县级图书馆的发展现状,从公共文化服务体系建设的角度,探讨了县级图书馆的建设与服务原则。

Abstract: According to the current situation of the development of county libraries in China,this paper discusses the the construction and service principles of county library from the view of the construction of public cultural service system.
