摘要/Abstract

摘要： 全国文化信息资源共享工程（以下简称共享工程）历经六年多的建设,已初步建立起分层培训体系,但与基层工作人员的实际培训需求以及共享工程的具体要求仍有一定差距。在线培训模式可以扩大培训覆盖面,提高培训质量和培训效果,能够在节约总成本的同时提高人均培训率,有助于培训工作长效机制的建立。对共享工程在线培训模式进行了探讨。

Abstract: The National Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project has been constructed for six years,which has established the hierarchical training system.But for the actual training needs of the grassroots as well as the specific requirements of the project there are still some gaps.On-line training model can significantly expand training coverage,enhance the quality of training and the training effects,save the total cost while increasing the rate of per capita training and contribute to the construction of long-term training mechanism.This paper probes into the on-line training model.
