Abstract:

The rural library project is a unified planning and implementation project by the government, in order to solve problems of peasants, such as being difficult to buy , borrow and read books. The rural library is an integral part of “the construction of the modern system of public cultural services”. How to exploit its strong points and avoid exposing its weaknesses to achieve its sustainable development is the focus. This paper puts forward the development countermeasure of the rural library, such as establishing coordination mechanism, integrating resource management and services, in order to ensure the most basic cultural rights and interests of farmers and let every citizen can enjoy the fruit of cultural development.
