Abstract:

With the transition of the city's economic and social development,citizens’reading service level requirements are also increasing.City’s studies in Wenzhou show the new face of public reading services by its advantages and characteristics of humanities,space,standardization,information technology,has made innovative achievements and good social benefits by exploring the mechanism of public cultural service facilities,services,and the management mode.
