Abstract

Abstract:

Combining with Yongfeng County Library work practice, this essay analyzes the difficulties and problems encountered in a county level library development, from the rich reserve of collection, service diversification practice,“Branch-library system” construction.It also discusses the measures and practices of the county-level public library service system construction.
