Abstract

Abstract:

This paper makes a comparison on some investigation reports of the employment support service of the public library in the United States, summarizes the service content, method, marketing and evaluation, and finds that the service presents the following four development trends. The role of the service is evolving. Social tools are gradually becoming more interventional. The quality of service is continuously optimized. The radiation effect of service is becoming more and more obvious. It considers that the public library should optimize its physical space and network service environment, so as to further promote the development of the labor market.
