摘要： 从澳大利亚的多元文化主义背景出发，梳理了其公共图书馆界多元文化服务标准的制定情况，并在政策规划、馆藏配置、馆员配备、服务提供、服务监督与评估5个方面对国家层面和地方层面的标准进行了对比分析，总结了标准的特点及对我国公共图书馆多元文化服务工作的启示。

Abstract: Proceeding from the Multiculturalism of Australia,this paper introduces the multicultural services standards developed by Australian public libraries,both on national level and state level.It also analyzes the contents of these standards from the aspects of policy planning,collection level,staff composition,service implementation,and outcome monitoring and evaluation.Based on the analysis,this paper proposes some suggestions to the Chinese counterparts working in the field of multicultural services.
