摘要： 区块链技术为图书馆机构知识库建设提供了新的技术支撑。本文首先对机构知识库、区块链的概念、应用场景、发展现状进行梳理；然后分析区块链各技术要素在数据资源知识产权保护、数据开放与个人隐私保护、数据长期安全存储等方面的应用；最后，围绕“去中心化”重点论述公共图书馆进行机构知识库建设的必要性，及其与区块链技术的结合方案。

Abstract: Blockchain technology provides new technical support for library institutional repository construction. This paper first reviews the concept, application and development of institutional repository and blockchain. The paper analyzes the application of each technical element of blockchain in data resources intellectual property protection, data opening and personal privacy protection, data long-term secure storage, etc. , this paper focuses on the necessity of the institutional repository construction of public libraries and its combination with blockchain technology.
