摘要/Abstract

摘要： 从探讨政府信息公开与公共图书馆服务二者关系出发，指出了目前公共图书馆尚未参与政府信息公开服务的原因。认为公共图书馆的性质及其公共服务职能。决定了公共图书馆是开展政府信息公开服务的最有利场所。提出了公共图书馆参与政府信息公开服务应采取的策略。

Abstract: This article elaborates the relation between public library service and government information publicity, and points out the reason why public library doesn＇t participate in government information public services. The nature and the public service function of public library decide that public library is the most advantageous place in carrying out the government information public service. The article puts forward the strategies that public library should adopt to participate in government information public service.
