Abstract:

In the fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, the party puts forward the concepts of innovation, coordination, green, openness and sharing, and it stressed that the new development concept is "baton" and "traffic light". In the new era there are new requirements for the Party School Library, the new concepts have important values and functions: Firstly, the new concepts answer the basic questions of the library. Secondly, the new concept point out the development direction of the library. Lastly, the article from the four aspects, such as the deep study, use of materialist dialectics, innovation means and persistence of the bottom line, discusses how to turn the new concepts into reality in the Party School Library.
