图书馆员文化自信及培育路径探析 *

Abstract

Abstract:

Librarians cultural self-confidence is pointing to the cultural development of the librarians,refers to Subject development.There are some functions of librarians’cultural self-confidence,which are cognition,self-adjustment and control,evaluation and guidance.The cultivated path includes:bring up the cultural identity of librarians,develop the professional ability of librarians,and promote the professional happiness of librarians.
