On the Construction of Performance Evaluation Index System of Public Digital Cultural Services WEI Nan-hua 2020, 50 (5):  1-11.  doi: 10.3969/j.issn.2095-5197(2020)05-0001-11 Abstract ( 282 )   HTML ( 143 )   PDF (6060KB) ( 632 )   Save At present, there are few theoretical research literatures on performance evaluation of public digital cultural services from the perspective of public digital culture.Factor analysis is adopted to extract the four core elements :basic factors, resource factors, service factors and efficiency factors, that affect the effectiveness of public digital cultural services, so as to build the performance evaluation index system of public digital cultural services on this basis.The principles of index system construction include human-oriented principle,operability principle, system optimization principle and dynamic adjustment principle.The evaluation index is designed with 4 first-level indexes ,including the four dimensions of guarantee conditions, resource construction, public service and service efficiency, 15 second-level indexes and 54 third-level indexes, in order to provide a reference for the performance evaluation of public digital cultural services. Taking the students in Huazhong university of science and technology as the objects, 220 valid sample data are obtained by questionnaire survey.SPSS is used to analyze the data and Amos is used to test the model, so as to obtain the influence of willingness to use. Besides the two hypothetical variables of social impact and service quality, performance expectation, effort expectation and perceived value all have positive effects on use intention, and recommendation principle has negative effects on use intention. Taking the sales situation of the National Library Online store, the national library cultural and Creative Products Development Alliance online store and the Palace Museum online store as a microcosm, through SWOT analysis, this paper analyzes the fundamental reasons for the predicament of the literary and creative industry of Public Libraries: Imitating the cultural goods as the core of the cultural and creative industry of museums, and ignoring the market advantages of its own cultural services. This paper puts forward that in the era of paying for knowledge, libraries should innovate backward ideas and make great efforts to build cultural and creative industries with paid cultural services as the core, and we should standardize the types of services and revenue use and encourage libraries to develop paid cultural services. Bilingual reading promoters have both the commonness of reading promoters and their national characteristics. Taking the cultivation of Mongolian and Chinese bilingual promoters as an example, this study takes Mongolian librarians, Mongolian and Chinese bilingual teachers and Mongolian college students in five university libraries in Inner Mongolia as the research objects. Data were obtained by literature research, questionnaire and interview. This paper puts forward the cultivation path and countermeasures for Mongolian and Chinese bilingual reading promoters jointly formulated by university libraries, university administrative departments and administrative organs. Analysis of the Influence of Paper Cooperation Mode on Citation Frequency：Based on statistics in the field of digital libraries CHEN Lian-fang 2020, 50 (5):  110-116.  doi: 10.3969/j.issn.2095-5197（2020）05-0110-07 Abstract ( 174 )   HTML ( 2 )   PDF (3197KB) ( 479 )   Save Exploring the differences of citation frequency of digital library papers in different cooperation modes, and providing reference for researchers. SPSS software was used for Kruskal-Wallis test and Mann-Whitney U test. It is found that the way of paper cooperation has the following effects on cited frequency. Firstly, the citation frequencies of papers with 2 or 3 authors are significantly higher than these with only one author, and the citation frequencies are no significant difference between intra and inter unit cooperation. Secondly, in the case where the librarian is the first author, the citation frequencies of papers with cooperation between librarians and librarians are not significantly different from these between librarians and teachers.The same is true for the teacher as the first author. Thirdly, there are differences in the impact of cooperation on the citation frequency of papers at different fund levels, with significant difference for those without fund and no significant difference for those with fund. Fourthly, there are differences in the impact of the citation frequency on the papers of different grades of impact factor, with significant difference in the middle level and no significant difference at both ends. The Visualization Analysis of Domestic Digital Library Research in Recent Five Years LI Xiao-fei 2020, 50 (5):  117-128.  doi: 10.3969/j.issn.2095-5197（2020）05-0117-12 Abstract ( 159 )   HTML ( 103 )   PDF (6431KB) ( 984 )   Save Due to the deadline of 2015 about research of bibliometrics of digital library, it is necessary to summarize the latest research dynamics and trends of digital libraries in recent five years.CiteSpace, Netdraw and other visual analysis software were used to analyze the amount of published papers, distribution of publishing institutions and journals, key words research hotspots and trends, and clustering of research topics.The results show that the core author team and research institutions have taken shape, covering the core journals of library and intelligence and other fields.Cluster analysis found that the research topic was divided into seven trends,namely, reading promotion and reading service research under digital reading environment;digital humanities,digital academic and digital inclusion research with digital literacy training and education as the main line;research on rational use, copyright and digital publishing;research on digital library service under big data environment;research on digital transformation service in the new era of library development;research on integration and service of public digital cultural resources;research on co-construction and sharing of digital resources and services.
