摘要/Abstract

摘要： 在Web2.0环境下,随着咨询用户可以参与咨询信息源建设和咨询过程,参与式数字参考咨询开始出现。咨询馆员应适应时代要求,接受Web2.0理念,掌握Web2.0技术,使图书馆数字参考咨询服务更加人性化、个性化和社会化。

Abstract: Users can participate in the construction of information resources and the process of digital reference.The participatory digital reference appears under Web2.0 environment.Digital reference librarians should meet the demand of the times,accept the concept of Web2.0,master Web2.0 technology to make digital reference service more humanized,personalized and socialized.
