我国农村图书馆资源建设的困境和出路

Abstract

Abstract:

The paper outlines the course of the construction of rural library resources in China since the founding of new China and analyses the current predicament of the construction of rural library resources in China, including insufficient financial investment, lack of overall planning and long-term mechanism, lack of attention to the actual needs of readers, unbalanced regional development and imperfect management service. The article also points out that the way out of the current construction of rural library resources in China is to further increase investment in government, actively mobilize all kinds of social forces and the integration of existing resources in a comprehensive and effective way.
