摘要： 基于对知识管理的认识,将知识管理的理念引入到图书馆管理,对知识管理的实质、内容进行了分析,并就图书馆如何构建知识管理提出了一些建议.

Abstract: The author introduces the knowledge management into the administration of library, through the understanding of the new concept. And then, analyzes the essence and main contents about the knowledge management. At last, the author puts forward some advice for the constitution of the knowledge management of library.
