摘要： 分析了我国实时参考咨询面临的问题,有针对性地提出了改进这项服务的两条建议,认为在我国开展实时参考咨询服务首先应当展开协作,其次要使工作流程合理化,并提出了实时参考咨询的过程模型.

Abstract: This paper analyzes the problem with the real-tlme reference inquiry of our country and puts forward two suggestions to improve the service： reinforce corporation and rationalize the workflow,and then pose a process model of the real-time reference.
