摘要： 近年采。图书馆资源建设逐渐向电子资源倾斜，对电子资源的评估就成为图书馆工作一项重要内容。分析了当前国外诸多全文或文摘型数据库提供使用报告中共同遵守的COUNTER体系，一方面帮助图书馆员理解电子资源使用报告。给决策以帮助，另一方面希望藉此推动国内数据库服务商在这方面的工作。

Abstract: Though librarians have always collected data to support strategic planning, the rampant changes of collection structure make it more and more important of electronic resources evaluation. This article makes a brief introduction of COUNTER, which is compliant for a lot of foreign vendor. This article also gives an expectation of our librarian comprehend the usage reports and internal vendor can participated in it.
