摘要： 在移动通信话音业务为主的时代，移动通信产业链的结构非常简单，但在增值业务时代，产业链的结构逐渐复杂化。从产业链的理论出发。时移动通信增值服务产业链及各环节进行了详细全面的分析。提出了相应的策略和建议。

Abstract: The framework of the industrial chain for mobile communications area is very simple in the Age that voice service is the primary service,however,the framework of the industrial chain becomes into the complication gradually in the Age that value-added service is the primary service. Based on this point, this paper analyses the each role of the industrial chain of mobile value-added service in detail and all-sidedly and brings up the relevant strategies and proposals.
