摘要: 从图书馆知识管理的角度出发,阐述了图书馆馆员职业培训的目的及其目标。根据图书馆发展战略和员工的职业生涯发展需要,建立有效的管理机制,实施一系列职业培训策略,从而实现馆员整体素质的提高和服务水平的提升。

Abstract: From the knowledge administration in library,this paper expounds the purpose and the target of librarians' occupation training.Based on the Strategy of library development and the need of the development of employee's occupation career, this article also puts forward some effective administration mechanisms.With a series of strartegies put into force, the lifting of librarians" quality and the standard of service will be realized.
