摘要： 随着网络化和数字化技术的发展,图书馆逐渐从传统图书馆向数字图书馆转变。在介绍美国高校附加值图书馆的基础上,提出了有关附加值图书馆建设的想法。

Abstract: With the development of the networked technique and the digital technique,traditional library gradually transforms into digital library.Based on the introduction of the value-added library in America collge,this paper puts forward the opinions of the construction of value-added library.
