摘要/Abstract

摘要： 随着数字图书馆的发展和用户信息需求向多样化的转变,合作式数字参考咨询服务成为图书馆参考咨询服务发展的趋势。概述了国内外合作式数字参考咨询服务的现状,介绍了国内外主要的合作式数字参考咨询服务系统,并提出了我国发展合作式数字参考咨询服务的对策。

Abstract: With the development of digital libraries and the changes of Users＇requirements,referenee services will inevitably move toward cooperation.This article summarizes the current situation of cooperative digital reference services and introduces the system of cooperative digital reference services,takes some countermeasures on the development of cooperative digital reference services in China.
