摘要： 增刊是正刊的补充。虽然对增刊一直存在争议，褒贬不一，但增刊是有学术参考价值的。从政策制度为增刊的学术价值提供了保障；作者群为增刊的学术价值提供了基础；引用数据为增刊的学术价值提供了佐证等方面论证了增刊的学术价值。

Abstract: Supplement is the complement of journal.Although there are much controversy to the supplement,the praise and blame also exists,the supplement has academic reference value.This paper demonstrates the academic value of supplement from the policy system providing a guarantee for the academic value of supplement,the authors providing foundation for the academic value of supplement,the adduction data providing substantial evidence for the academic value of supplement.
