摘要/Abstract

摘要： 数字环境给公共图书馆和新农村建设带来了冲击与生机。结合广西公共图书馆在为新农村建设服务中的探索实践。提出数字环境下公共图书馆为新农村建设服务的建议。

Abstract: The digital environment has brought the impact and the vitality on public library and the new rural construction.According to the exploration and practice of services of Guangxi zhuang autonomous region library to the new rural construction,this article puts forward several proposals for the services of public library to the new rural construction under the digital environment.
