摘要： 信息资源共享与知识产权保护之间既有相互对立、相互矛盾的一面，也有相互统一、相互促进的一面，二者的关系是对立又统一的辩证关系。

Abstract: Information resource sharing and intellectual property protection are opposed and contradictory to each other,while they unite and promote each other.Their relation is dialectical：not only antagonistic,but also unified.
