图书馆读者服务之个性化激励

摘要: 根据激励理论提出了个性化激励的概念。强调激励是针对个体读者的而不是针对图书馆员的,并提出了图书馆读者服务中的个性化激励方案设计的内容,认为图书馆读者服务中的个性化激励机制可以激发不同层次个体读者主观能动性意识,进而大幅度提升读者服务品位。

Abstract: According to the theory of motivation,the concept of individual motivation is treduced,which emphasizes that the motivation should be aimed at the reader but not the librarian.This paper puts forward the contents of designing personal motivation scheme in service of library,considers that the individual motivation mechanism in service of library can arouse the subjective initiative consciousness of individual reader and reach the purpose of readers service in library.
