摘要： 对目前主要的数据库法律保护模式进行对比研究，分析了四种保护模式的优缺点，并提出了结合使用几种保护模式的建议。

Abstract: This paper summarizes the main legal protection models of databases and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the four kinds of legal protection models of databases.Then it puts forward some measures to integrate these models.
