摘要/Abstract

摘要： 针对目前图书情报检索部门查新档案管理的低效率，提出利用ASP技术建立基于Web的查新数据库系统。本系统提供多途径的检索和统计方式并采用分层次权限管理来杜绝越权操作。该系统的建立对于提高查新资料管理的效率和可靠性。改善查新项目资源利用率具有重要的实用价值。

Abstract: In view of the low efficiency of novelty retrieval files management in current library information retrieval department,this paper puts forward the construction of novelty retrieval database system based on web by using ASP technology.the system adopts muhi--ehannel access and statistical methods to put an end to the rights to operate without permission.The establishment of the system has important practical value in improving the efficiency of data management.
