摘要： 数字图书馆建设和管理中存在着许多不确定性因素，必须对其进行风险管理。介绍了数字图书馆风险管理的意义、内涵及风险的类型，提出了数字图书馆风险管理的一般步骤，从四个方面阐述了数字图书馆的风险控制。

关键词: 数字图书馆 风险管理 风险控制

Abstract: There are a lot of uncertain factors in the construction and the management of digital library,risk management should be adopted in digital fibrary.This paper introduces the meaning,the conception of risk management and the types of risks in digital library.It also puts forward the practical steps of risk management in digital library and elaborates the risk control from four aspects.
