摘要/Abstract

摘要： 数字图书馆具有准公共物品属性，其成本在社会（政府、企业）和用户之间进行分担，其收益由用户分享。在遵循一定成本一收益原则的基础上．需要从资金筹集、市场运行、法规制度、标准化等方面建立健全数字图书馆成本一收益长效机制。

关键词: 数字图书馆成本收益优化

Abstract: Digital libraly has the feature of quasi-public goods,whose cost and benefit is shared by society and users.Based on the principle of cost-benefit,this paper puts forward that digital library shall construct the cost-profit mechanism from the aspects of capital raise,marking,rules and standantization.
