摘要： 随着Blog、RSS、SNS、Tag等技术应用为代表的Web2．0概念的流行和发展，有关Web2．0在图书馆的应用如火如荼的展开。主要研究Web2．0技术在图书馆参考咨询服务方面的应用，以期为图书馆的参考咨询工作带来新的发展和变化。

Abstract: Along with the development of the Web2.0 concept such as Blog,RSS,SNS,Tag, the application of Web2.0 in library is developed quickly.This azlicle mainly studies the application of Web2.0 technology in reference service of library,in order to bring new development and change to reference service of library.
