摘要： 分析了特色数据库建设的原则，探讨了现阶段地方高校图书馆特色数据库建设的选题论证与方法，以及涉及的其他问题。

Abstract: This article analyzes the principles of the characteristic database construction,and discusses the selected topic proof and the method of the characteristic database construction in local university library,as well as the other questions.
